Death by Design → Danger by Design

The book has very little in common with the game— in fact, pretty much the only similarity is that they both involve fashion houses and death threats— but I enjoyed it a lot on its own. The feel reminds me of Stay Tuned for Danger somewhat, with the plot taking place in a big city, and the villain being someone within the company. Also there’s a real feeling of suspense, after Nancy gets poisoned and it’s a race against time, and she barely manages to get the antidote before it kills her. I liked the game better, though, if only for the Parisian setting and WWII storyline.

To play a Nancy Drew game is to end up craving a food you don’t have.

How cool would this be?
