Imagine my surprise when…

This is pretty cool. When I was playing The Captive Curse, the stained glass window in the room where Renate sits looked strangely familiar. Upon closer inspection, I realized the lady’s pose was referenced from a picture of my friend! She’s a Danish model and artist named Ida Larson whom I’ve known for years. She’s somewhat well known in art circles and pops up like this all over the place.

We’ve been critiquing each others’ art and exchanging gifts for several years. When I showed her this, she was very amused and flattered. It’s not the first time she’s appeared obscurely in a ND game.. but that’s a story for another time. ;)
